Our Connection to the West
At Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters, we love our combination of coffee and the outdoors. Being based in the West, the mountains and rugged landscapes are readily available to view and explore from our own backyards. Despite its toughness, this impressive environment is a delicate ecosystem that we need in order to survive. The survival, care, and balance of our natural landscape matters to our present wellbeing and beyond. We desire that our future generations will have the opportunity to enjoy these wild surroundings.
Utah Open Lands preserves and protects open space in order to maintain Utah’s natural heritage and quality of life for present and future generations. This is achieved by assisting private landowners, government agencies and communities in the voluntary preservation of the agricultural, scenic, recreational, historic and wildlife values of open land.
