FAQ
We recommend storing in an opaque airtight container at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating or freezing your beans, as this can add moisture and degrade the flavor.
Check out our brew guides for detailed brewing instructions. We also include a “roaster’s brew method” on each box with a suggested brew method we think highlights the flavors of each roast.
Coffee is a food and like any food, it goes stale. The best-case scenario is that coffee is used within two-to-four weeks from roasting for peak flavor. Grind immediately before brewing for maximum freshness.
We strive to get orders shipped to our customers as soon as possible. Due to the nature of roasting fresh coffee, our processing times may vary between 24 and 72 hours after the order is placed. We do not ship on the weekends or many holidays, which may add to your order processing time.
Because we only roast to order, please allow up to a week for your order to arrive. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number included.
We ship via UPS and USPS Monday - Friday. National holidays may affect shipping times. We don't ship on the weekends so any orders placed Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, will ship on Monday. If you order online, we’ll send you a notification when your order has shipped.
